Evolved Coach training is not for everyone. This training is not about the number of certificates you will receive or how much money there is in the coaching industry. It's about being empowered to effect instant and lasting change in your clients. Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach are all valuable skills in their own right. Most of them can bring about instant change and gratification. They are helpful tools that support the lasting change brought about by the Evolved Coaching Techniques™.

Simply put, the difference that makes the difference is in your overall ability to understand your client's real needs and knowing how to facilitate real and lasting change. You will get clients, that will come to you, presenting all their problems, obstacles, challenges or pain. As an Evolved Coach you will be able to identify the root cause of the problems and effectively deal with each client, leaving no stone unturned, as a result of your new knowledge.

Evolved Coaching Methodology
For generations now people have been treated as body separated from their mind, somewhat broken or just victimised. Our holistic approach acknowledges all known modalities of our being and how we create the results that we get in life.

Everyone knows that our results in life are determined directly by our behaviour. Our decision making, thoughts, physical actions, etc... ultimately determines our success in life. Most approaches to Life Coaching focus on conscious efforts to change the behaviour to produce different results.

This limits Coach's function to a motivator or accountability partner, rather than a facilitator of lasting change and empowerment. Knowing that our Behaviour is influenced by our State, more advanced forms of Coaching focus on creating choices within your State and thus increasing choices of your Behaviour to impact your Results in life.

Creating choices within the State is NOT real empowerment, but simply self control that can even cause internal conflicts, suppression and long term problems. (ie. When you are angry, your usual choices range from hurting someone to suppressing the anger.)

If you could choose another state instead of anger you would have much wider range of behaviour to choose from. The key to be able to choose your State is in understanding and taking control of what informs your State. Being able to choose how you are gives you maximum choice of behaviour and ultimate flexibility to create the Results that you want.

All the factors that determine your State naturally are collectively referred to as your Conditioning. These are the things like your Belief System, Values, Language, Memories, Attitudes, etc...

Our approach to Coaching is focused on equipping people to take charge of their Conditioning. As an Evolved Coach you are able to help clients cause instant and lasting desired changes within their Conditioning by restructuring their Belief System, realigning their Values, etc...

In essence, your clients will come to you with their presenting problems in form of a undesired Result in their life. Working with the root cause of the problem, deep within their Conditioning will bring about instant and lasting change for your clients. This is what makes our work so instantly gratifying.

We teach NLP, Time Paradigm Techniques™, Stress Biofeedback and Hypnotherapy in the context of taking complete charge of your Conditioning. Common side effects are greatly improved health, communication, relationships, cognitive performance, energy levels, sense of fulfilment and inner peace.

NLP is the study of human behaviour that empowers you to start understanding your mind as well as the connections between your mind, emotions and your behaviour. NLP techniques are designed to help you take control of your inner workings and thus causing change in behaviour. Stress Biofeedback Practitioner
Becoming a certified stress biofeedback practitioner will empower you to equip others and yourself to quiet their minds and to create focus. You will enable your clients to free their bodies from tension allowing them to feel much more relaxed enjoying a more tranquil and peaceful emotional state.
